Arrabbiata
Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts
- 400g penne pasta
- can of tomatoes (~400g)
- water
- 1 tbsp oregano
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 120g mozzarella cheese
- 1 onion
- salt pepper
Steps
- Cut the chicken breast into cubes and sauté in a pan with oil until lightly browned.
- Add a diced onion and minced garlic to the pan.
- Add pepper and oregano. Add a can of tomatoes and some water. Mix everything together.
- Add 350 g of macaroni to the pan. Add more water if there's not enough.
- Cover the pan and simmer for about 10 minutes.
- Stir occasionally to prevent sticking. After it's done, serve hot with mozzarella cheese.
