Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 400g penne pasta
  • can of tomatoes (~400g)
  • water
  • 1 tbsp oregano
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 120g mozzarella cheese
  • 1 onion
  • salt pepper

Steps

  1. Cut the chicken breast into cubes and sauté in a pan with oil until lightly browned.
  2. Add a diced onion and minced garlic to the pan.
  3. Add pepper and oregano. Add a can of tomatoes and some water. Mix everything together.
  4. Add 350 g of macaroni to the pan. Add more water if there's not enough.
  5. Cover the pan and simmer for about 10 minutes.
  6. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking. After it's done, serve hot with mozzarella cheese.
