Spaghetti
Ingredients
- 1 onion
- 1 carrot
- 1 tbsp oregano
- 700ml passata
- 500g mince meat (I use a mix of beef and pork)
Steps
- Dice onion and add it to the pan with oil.
- Add grated carrot
- On a separate pan, fry the meat, mashing it with a fork to avoid large lumps.
- Add the meat to the first pan, mix well. Add oregano and basil.
- Add passata and simmer for 30 minutes on low heat.
- Serve with cooked pasta and cheese (mozzarella).
