Spaghetti

Ingredients

  • 1 onion
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 tbsp oregano
  • 700ml passata
  • 500g mince meat (I use a mix of beef and pork)

Steps

  1. Dice onion and add it to the pan with oil.
  2. Add grated carrot
  3. On a separate pan, fry the meat, mashing it with a fork to avoid large lumps.
  4. Add the meat to the first pan, mix well. Add oregano and basil.
  5. Add passata and simmer for 30 minutes on low heat.
  6. Serve with cooked pasta and cheese (mozzarella).
